Why online-first
Showrooms are expensive — and you pay for them
A high-street jewellery showroom carries rent, staff and display inventory, and all of it ends up inside the making charge. We keep one workshop and sell direct, which is a large part of why our making charges start at 10% rather than 20–25%.
You still get to see the piece before committing — just at home, with a full refund if it isn't right.
