Every piece we sell is made by karigars we work with directly — not sourced from a wholesaler and re-labelled. The same person who files a ring shank sets its stones and finishes it.
That's why we can tell you the exact weight of the metal, what the making charge covers, and who to ask if something isn't right. It's also why our making charges start at 10% rather than the 20–25% a showroom chain has to carry.
