7-day easy returns

If a piece isn't right, return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions, no restocking fee, and no need to justify the decision.

The item must be unworn and returned with its original box, invoice and certificates.

Not eligible for return

• Made-to-order and personalised pieces (engraving, bespoke sizing)
• Items showing wear, damage or alteration by a third party
• Orders missing the original certificate or hallmark tag

We don't offer exchanges

There is no exchange programme. If you're deciding between two pieces, order the one you prefer and return it within 7 days if it isn't right — that's simpler for both of us than swapping stock back and forth, and it's why the return window carries no conditions.

Keep your invoice and certificate regardless. They establish the weight, purity and stone grade of your piece, and any jeweller or buyer will ask for them.

Resizing

Most plain bands can be resized by up to two sizes free of charge within 90 days of purchase. Eternity bands, pavé-set designs and bangles cannot be resized.

How to start a return

1. Go to My Account → Orders and select the item, or simply reply to your order confirmation email.
2. Tell us the order number. A reason is welcome but not required.
3. We arrange an insured reverse pickup within 2 business days.
4. Once received and verified by our assay team (2–4 business days), your refund is issued.

Return shipping

Return shipping within India is on us. For international returns the customer covers return postage, and any duty already paid to your local authority is not refundable by us — you would need to claim that back from your customs office directly.

Refund timelines

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of verification. UPI and card refunds typically appear sooner than netbanking.
